Since I've seen so many forums about how the foreskin should be behind the head, I'm wondering it is normal to have foreskin over the head. Mine isn't. Is it normal?

Strange 'string like' vein? in foreskin on top of penis..

It's quite hard to explain and I only noticed it a day or so ago. Its like there is string joined to my upper groin area that goes to the tip of my foreskin just under the skin. If (when flacid) I pull my foreskin tight out, i can see what looks like string or vein that pulls tight all the way down...

im 17 and tore my frenulum about 4 days ago. there was a good ammount of blood and i felt a sharp pain. now the pain is gone for the most part except when i have to pull back the foreskin to clean. whenever i try to pull it completely over the head to clean i get a sharp pain. what should i do

Hi,I'm 13 this year and my penis has a dry foreskin.. Most of the time, it gets very itchy. I did tried to scratch the foreskin a little, but the itch is still there. Sometimes, I feel pain in the foreskin. This has been happening of almost 4 days. Anyone have anyway to solve this?
