Hi, i was wondering if its possible to tear the "skin bridge" behind the penis because when i pull back the skin it reaches to the point where it hurts cuz of that one part. please answer back anyone if you have any suggestions.

hi. i'm an 18 year old male but i don't think im out of puberty yet. my voice has broken and i have some hair under my arms and on my legs and stomach. but i haven't experienced any testicular or penile enlargement. does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong?
