I'm 16 and I've had a large white spot on the bottom of my shaft and when i stretch the skin it moves down onto my scrotum. I got this a few years ago and it hasn't bothered me at all, every once in a while i get worried about it though and wonder what it is, any help?

Well my problem is that when my penis is erect the foreskin stays the same as when its not erected I can peel it up and down btw I have an un-circ penis can some body help me thanks :-)
