I'm 15.. I have PTSD.. And MDD. But neither of those even relate to my thoughts... I have simple thoughts like going ice skating with friends and then it turns into my ice skate going into someone else's head.. I've tried medications.. I've tried therapy.. Nothing seems to be helping lately
