Iam 17 weeks pregnant and have lost my libido can anything be done?

Im 17 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have lost my sex drive with my first child I wanted sex but with this baby I have no desire as in I want sex but my body doesnt. Is there anyway I can get it back? can I use any products for eg spanish fly. I really want it back....Thankyou
