mvp and pregnant ;please advice

I am 10 wks pregnant(2nd pregnancy) and 25 years old,and am experiencing more symptoms of mitral valve prolapse than usual. Just recently prior to pregnancy I was diagnosed with MVP. Is it normal for my symptoms to flare up during pregnancy, and is this harmful to the baby?

6 weeks pregnant and having low vaginal discomfort

Im 6 weeks pregnant and having low down vaginal pain/discomfort more to the left side, people have told me this is the lining of my uterus thicking. I can discribe the discomfort/pain as slight period pain. I am concerned as i had a miscarriage 3 months ago. Can someone please help???
