Did anyone hear about High ratio in pregnancy?

I am 30 weeks now ,today my OB told me that but she did not anwser me why because she did not know????
she send me to OB specialist next thursday to discuss about this and consider me as high risk pregnancy

Please somebody helps me to tell me what is going on about high ratio in pregnancy...............

I had my baby last years (girl) this is the boy ,is my baby possible have to induce or my baby is defect unborn baby
