just had a baby 6 months ago and i'm pregant again

I just had a baby 6 months ago. he passed away the day after. I dont think i could spell what it was called. It had to do with his brain developing outside his head. I'm so scared. and um feeling guilty now also i'm only23 and he was my frist baby.
