loss of lower lobe of right lung due to P.E.'s

I am a 44 year old non-smoking female. I lost the capacity of the lower lobe of the right lung as a result of lack of blood supply due to pulmonary embolisims this year. I was told the lower lobe is scar tissue. What are any long term efects I may encounter over the years to come?
