I have taken so many pregnancy tests it's just crazy, but i started getting alot of pain in my left side turns out i have a cyst in my left ovary. I just wanted to know can i still have kids if i have it removed?

Okay... so i was eating dinner and all of a sudden i started having vagianl burning... i dont know why, the last time i had sex was on Feb.9 then i started my period, we havent done it since then... but i dont know WHY it is burning... so any information would help... thanks
