dark brown period with nausea and cramping

I am 32, and I have endometrios. My periods are usually normal. But this period is different. I had cramping and nausea for about 2 weeks before I was suppose to start. Now that my period is here, its dark brown and I feel dizzy. Is any of this anything to worry about?
