bloody brownish discharge during intercourse?!? can it be fixed without seeing a doctor?

hello! im 16 and recently when having sex my discharge/ cum has been brownish and looks almost like blood. my mom doesnt know im having sex and if she did know i would be dead :( what is this problem? does it mean i have an std? can it be fixed without seeing a doctor? thank you :)
