I recently had an internal ultrasound and was told i have fibroid tumor last night after havin sex with my husband i started havin these sharp shooting pains after orgasm. Can anyone tell me if it's because of the fibroids. They feel like really bad cramps but they shoot sll over the place

Does irregular bleeding imply there could be endometriosis?

Heavy bleeding and cramps during menstrual period, and irregular bleeding when there is not even a period. Could this be endometriosis? Terrified and hope for an answer. If it is endometriosis, then can I take fuyan-pills for it? I heard someone use this pill to treat her problem.
