Hi! I have a problem. I have a 5 cm hematoma on my left ovary. It’s probably caused from this last surgery. Three weeks ago I had a surgery to remove a cyst. I’m suffering from a big pain. Doctor told me to wait for some time. Can hematoma on ovary resolve on its own?
