don't know what to do!

I am a 18 yr old female. And for the past 3 weeks I've notice some brownish substance coming out off my vagina, I've have also miss my period last month and it has yet to come this month. Any advise on what is going on with my body will be greatly appreciatied... %-)

Recto-Vaginal fistula from Crohns healed?

Hi I have an RVF due to crohns and was wondering if anyone had healed it on their own due to diet (I am on the SCD diet), or topical creams, or other methods besides surgery. I am 21 and will be getting married in 10 months and do not want to deal with this! Please help!

Spotting after my period.
