small lump on the upper majora labia

I noticed about a week ago that I had a small painless lump on the upper part of majora labia. .it doesn't hurt nor is there anything oozing from it but it seems to get smaller then big again. It only becomes irritated if I pick at it..what could this be and should I be concerned?
