3 pimple-like bumps on vaginal lips

About three days ago I noticed three bumps on my vagina lips. These bumps are small, pinkish to flesh colored, and are not painful, but are a bit itchy. I haven't had sex in more than two months, and that was protected sex, and we did not engage in oral sex. What could this be?

Need Info on periods

I am 23 years old, I have always been very regular on my periods, but this month I was 10 days late for my period.
