I have a white chunky material right inside my vulvar entrance and i dont know what it is. I was supposed to have a colposcopy, but i was afraid and i didnt do it. Do I have cancer? The discharge isnt something you can wipe away without it hurting. So far I've noticed it twice. What should I do?

i been having really bad pelvic pains lately. whenever i walk, stand up, or even bend over it hurts really bad. it also hurts during sex. i dont kno if this has anything to do with it but i get i been feeling real neasus. i dont throw up but i feel like i need to. is this a uti? :-( :-(
