Itchy white bumps, but not sexually active... cause for conc

I have 2 itchy white bumps by the opening of my vagina. I am still a virgin, though my partner and I have messed around by other means (besides oral). I can't imagine it being an STD, but I have no idea what it is. Any ideas, should I be concerned?

headaches and weight loss
