No feeling in vagina?

I serioulsy have no feeling in my vaginal wall...when I put a tampon in, I can't feel ANYTHING,no numbness, nothing at all. Like I wouldn't know something was touching it... Is this normal? And also, it has these weird flaps on the wall too,Ahaha is this normal as well? By the way I am in my teens...
