red dot and periods at the wrong time

I have this small red dot on my vagina where i wee but it doesnt hurt when i go to the toilet. Its sore when i push on it though. My period came at the wrong time but it was just a bit of blood and then it stopped. I am really worried cuz i have no idea what it is. Please help me.
