doc says i'm not pregnant but is sending me for endometriosis exam

My last period was in November doc says i'm not pregnant not losing weight evev though i'm dieting and excersing doc wants to test for endometriosis could i still be pregnant even though urine test is negative? could a blood teat show otherwise? Can anyone help?
