Painful area in opening of vagina

I have had a pain at the bottom of the opening of my vagina underneath the urethra, there is a small lump there which is the part that hurts...it doesnt hurt all the time but sometimes comes on randomly and often it hurts to urinate. Ive been to the doctor whose been trying to solve the problem...

Hi, I have been experiencing pains in pelvic region. This pain is not constant, but rather a short stabbing pain that lasts couple of seconds.
