abnormal reproduction organ

i am 26 years old i have yellowish discharge in large amounts few days before and a few days after my period. also i have been trying to get pregnant with my husband and nothing seems to work. Can i have a vaginal bacteria so bad that it can stop my reproduction organ's from performing? %-)
