Can extreme constipation rip you hymen?

I do not think so. As you strain your anus will push outward and past your vagina. Hymen is at the top of your vagina and waste would not reach this area. Not all hymens stay in tact and can be damaged or torn. I have some medicall training on this and my opinion.
