sharp pains in pelvis area

excessive vagina fluid every day

Itchy, irritated labia before period

For the last few months, I've noticed that a week or so before my period, my labia becomes highly irritated and itchy. Could there be something I'm doing to cause this? If not, is there something I could do to settle the irritation?
