Hi! I am a 28 year old that was diagnosed with endometriosis 6 years ago. I gave birth to my daughter 4 years ago and had been almost pain free for nearly 4 years. I've been undergoing tests (colposcopies and PAPs) for the last 10 months and was told to wait until my next one in April before conceiving. I was also diagnosed with mild dysplasia 10 months ago. About a week and a half ago, my spouse and I had intercourse (not ovulating at that time) and now I'm 3 days late on a very regular 25 day cycle. I've had the usual PMS signs like low back pain, tender breasts (more severe this time), and trouble sleeping. But I'm also having frequent urination, frequent BMs, nausea and pain/cramping in my lower right abdomen (a little on the left). I'm concerned that I may be pregnant and worried about the effects of the endo and the dysplasia on both the baby and my pregnancy (if it turns out to be the case). My nipples are larger than normal (which tipped me off for my first pregnancy). I wasn't ovulating a week and a half ago..and I'm not under any stress right now. Is it possible? And is there any reason to think the pregnancy or baby may be at risk with my health issues?
