having lots of mucus about a week after my period...HELP???

Spotting 3 days after period ended

Hi 3 days after I finished my period I noticed some spotting... And that night I noticed my lower back start to hurt as if I was starting my period again . I haven't bled anymore. Just curious as to if anyone else has had this happen and what it could be. THANK YOU
