Pain in lower stomach on right side and lower back pain

I am having pain in my lower stomach on the right side and also experiancing pretty bad lower back pain (on the right side also it seems). The pain in my stomach stabs when I sneeze of lift things. My back pain is so bad that i can barely put my socks on. Please help?
