Incontinence and painful ovaries

I am a 53 yr old female and am about 30 lbs. overweight. I currently have a bad cold with a cough. For the 1st time I am experiencing serious incontinence when I cough. My lower stomach in the area of my ovaries is also very sore - mostly when I cough. Should I be worried?
