Pregnant or stress?

okay its weird here, ive experienced no real symptoms like vomiting or nausea or tender breats etc. but i do have discharge and usually it means my period is coming but it hasnt started and im getting worried. could it be from stress??? hopefully? and i havent experienced any PMS cramps either bad?
