HSG test result

I have just received my result form an HSG test, it says that (Mildly dilated proximal half of the right oviduct in a blind- ended stump the left oviduct is not visualized. there is a large air bubble in the distal left side of the uterus that could be preventing contrast flow in the left oviduct.
