The bump hurts it's red and I just got it today I am sexualy active but it's the only person iv ever been with and they have been tested for hiv and std and they don't have it so it's not that I don't know what to do about it it really hurts

My girlfriend says she is a virgin but her vagina can take two fingers easily when excited. Her ex used to finger her but it seems to be a bit more loose than one would expect from fingering alone. She is not much involved in sports so am not sure what to make out of this.
