Excessive discharge for over 2 years, and still no period!

I am 14 years old and still don't have my period. I have been going through puberty for almost 3 years now. I also get a lot of discharge every single day for about 2 and a half years! Is this normal? %-)

I had unprotected sex with my now ex 13 days after my period. My period should begin today or tomorrow usually although it was a week late last month (never been this late before). The past several days I have had very thick white discharge, it's never been this thick before (no itch/smell etc)....
