mild blood stains after 5 weeks of pregnancy

I am 5 weeks pregnant and i had a mild pinkish stain only for two days. I am on vacation and my doctor advised me to take Utrogestan 100 mg orally twice a day for a week. Do I have to take the tablet even if I have very minimal stain? Please do help me out.....

in december i had a very abnormal period. only lasted a day and light flow and was a light pink color. i thought maybe it was implantation bleeding but then 2 weeks later i started a period that seemed to be normal. after another 2 weeks went by i got another period then another after 2 weeks again....
