It all depends on how old are you and since its been two days now you dont have that much time left. You can try to buy the morning after pill, but they are usually sold only if you are at least over 17, sometimes 18 years old. But, the morning after pills are less effective if it has been more than 48-72 hours (so, exactly two to three days) after the unprotected sex. But, there still is a chance that you were not ovulating at that time - you ovulate some two weeks from the start of your last period and that is the only time in the month you actually can stay pregnant.
