not having periods for a year

I had my first period when i was 11.. After 2 years i got irregular periods, later on after 6 months and then now a year.... I even went to a gynecologist but found nothing... Is there something serious with this.?

Is it my period?

i had a laproscopic surgery in jan this year to remove stage 3 endo then was due to to have monthly injections one week after operation found out i was pregnant all is going well so far im currently 17 weeks but the pain from the lesions from the endo is killin me as my stomach stretches it hurts...
