Flap of skin

I don't know why but there is a flap of skin sticking out in front of my vagina and it's really bothering me. I haven't gotten my period yet, and this flap of skin is really irritable and is sometimes itchy... does anyone know what t is? :-(

My vagina lets out discharge(not always) that starts to have a very strong odor after a few hours, even after I shower. Im not sure what is wrong with me but I am sexually active and thats usually when it happens. Can someone please help me?? Im nervous to go to the gyno.
