I noticed recently that the left side of my labia majora is swollen and hard.Though it is not painful but sometimes feel itchy around it, I tried applying Linus ointment recently but I realized it keeps becoming bigger. Do I have cause to worry?

I'm not a vergin but its been a while since I had sex, so recently I had sex and have been having spotting because my hyme was re torn. How many days is it normal to have spotting? When I lost my vergenity I didn't have any spotting the following day this is why um worried.
