Help! I have a large lump, painless and round and kind of rough feeling where my urethra is. I don't have any problems peering, but this lump is awful. It feels like it seemlessly attaches to my vaginal wall at that side, and the wall kind of feels swollen. I had a nurse tell me it looked engorged but the gyno at the hospital said there was nothing there, it looked fine and what I was pointing to was just my urethra (he was so patronising) but I know my body and I know there's a ruddy big lump there that wasn't there before. I had a look and it just looks like pink tissue.
