Lump inside vagina

Okay so theres a lump about A FINGER DEEP inside my vagina and it doesnt hurt it feels more of a discomfort feeling when i touch it, when i have sex it hurts when my boyfriends on top but when im on top it doesnt hurt. Thick white discharge

I have been haveing thick white discharge with a mild odor to it. I am being treated for Ovarian Cysts on both of my ovaries. I endure at time mild cramping and pains in my side, and my abdomen. Could one of these be the reason for the discharge?

I have spots on my vagina
