Bloody mucus clot after discharge

I am a lil bit concerned. Last night after me and my partner had sex, I experienced an episode that has never happened. It was a bloody clot and some vaginal bleeding afterwards, then it stopped. My tubes are tied, but should I be concerned?

there is a bump or lump pretty deep inside the vagina, i heard a doctor can know if a girl is pregnant or not by going inside the vagina with his hand and feel it, so does this bump or lump mean anything? please somebody help me out if you have any ideas, thanks alot
