Vaginal pain after sex

My girlfriend and I had sex a couple of weeks ago and it was very rough and right after we were done it gave us genital pain and kind of hurt to pee after just because of the roughness. My pain only lasted the night and a little bit of the next day and then I was fine. But it's been a couple weeks...

itching, off white discharge and very painful periods the pain goes all the way down my legs. doctors just treat me for everything they say they don't know what is wrong. please help! :'(
