What's going on?

Ok so I had my period on July 2 an it ended on July 8. Then I noticed the 10th-11th I was spotting which is rare for me. My boyfriend and I are sexual active, and he does go in me. We have had sex June 4 and 27, also July 4 and 16. I have had some cramps lately. What does this mean?

Discharge crisis
