cerixs bump bleeding

Bloody Mucous in the vagina!

I am a 70 year old women and had a complete Hysterectomy when I was in late 30's early 40's. Right now I am having a continual bloody Mucuse whenever I have a bowel movement. I know it's coming from the Vagina. Is this a sign of cancer? I don't have any thing left in my stomach?
