Cysts and pregnancy

Hi I am 18 years old,and i have had a cyst in each of my ovaries about a year ago. I thought that they went away, but my doctor had given me a vaginal ultrasound and found a larger one in my left ovary. I had been also diagnosed with pre cancerous cells on my cervix, and had them froze out, but they came back. Could this pre cancer be coming from my cyst on my ovary? Also can I get pregnant?
