medical reports for gynae problems

usg shows i have mild bulky with intramula/subserosal fibroids,right ovarian cyst,left tubo ovarian cyst.  is this shall caused me to suffer from cancerous tumour?please help what should i do-surgery or can medicine will stop all these?
