Normal bleeding with clotting a week or two later

I have had a problem for the past 6 months. After my period is over a week or two later I have thick clotts of blood that seems as if it was not able to expel during my normal period. Is this a sign of endometriosis?

I have had itchy red, raised bumps on vagina and high inside

For the past week I have had raised itchy red bumps on my vagina and the inside of my thigh's. There is no oozing, leaking or odor. So far the only thing that is lessoning the itch is diaper rash cream. I'ts driving me crazy. Anyone know what it is and how to treat it?
