had my uterus removed

I had my uterus removed 8 months ago. The surgery was done by cesarien section. My question is does this put me in menopause immediately? My surgeon left me ovaries and cervix. What does that mean? Will I require another surgery down the road and have to have a complete hysterectomy?

Vaginal problem, big piece of tissue hanging

about 3 inch up in my vagina i felt there a big piece of tissue hanging ...and it hurt when i move it around i have to push it back up to ease the pain it been a yr now .. ....i don't know if it's a tears or somethin or something else .... if that are normal ...after having a baby?...
