I am 39 and for 3 years have been having bleeding from my vargina when I have a bowel movement of any kind. I have talked to the doctor's about this and they keep asking me if I am sure where it is coming from? I think I know what hole it is coming from! They say it is not possible..but it is! Do you have any ideas of how or why this may be happening? Any ideas that I can look into? (I also have spotting/bleeding when my back goes out) Actually I have cronick back pain which the chiroprator helps me with, and when my back is real bad I sometimes spot/bleed then too....???

Hi, did you ever learn anything about your spotting with a BM? I have experienced this also - and it started when I was first preg about 6 years ago. The dr's did the same thing to me about which hole, and they never believed that I was actually spotting. I continued to spot with BM with every pregnancy afterward - I have had a lot of miscarriages, so it has been at least 6 pregnancies that i spotted with. But now, I'm not pregnant and I am spotting with a bm. What's up with that? Did you ever find any answers
